You know this Pimpalicious Lifestyle is about more than looking good, it's about living good. Yesterday we enjoyed Ceizer's cooking again and had a great meal. Once again we share this good good with yall. This week's meal: Spaghetti arrabiata with grilled vegetables. The full recipe: Slice up some eggplants and courgettes, put them in a frying pan with a lil olive oil. Bake them well and then put them on some dry kitchenpaper. Chop up some garlic and parsley and put this in a bowl with a lil olive oil and balsamici vinegar. Add the baked eggplant and courgettes and mix it with the dressing, now add a lil pepper and salt. Now the pasta: Put one red chillipepper p.p. in a fryingpan with olive oil on a bake them both sides for 10 min. then add 1 anchovy p.p. and chopped up stems leftover of the parsley. Bake this all for another 5 min. Now add one can of peeled tomatoes p.p. and let this cook for 30 min. Meanwhile cook your spaghetti al dente and drain it and put it back in the cookingpan, add the sauce and some fresh parsley and squeeze over one fresh lime. Put the pasta on a plate and sprinkle some fresh parmesan cheese on top and add the vegetables. Done did it! Now pass this cookinggame on to the next and we'll all live that good life!
